sponsored throughout it's run by I Lopis & Sons, manufacturers of Lopis Pets Products. The series was replaced in 1984 by a new pets
programme called "Pets Gazette" hosted by Vivien Tothill, also sponsored by Lopis. Leslie Green hosted the series from 1955 to 1979,
after which Robin Alexander hosted the show until 1983. He was replaced by Vivien Tothill. "Lopis Pets Parade" was the longest running
Springbok Radio series sponsored by one main sponsor, Lopis, for a total of 29 years. "Pets Gazette" continued on Radio South Africa
until 1990.
